minor issues
wrong roominflexible staff
i found a couple of things disappointing. the room i booked wasn't the room i got (a bit annoying, really). breakfast times kept shifting because the hotel was fully booked. i asked nicely if i could have breakfast a bit earlier just once since i had a day trip planned. they flatly refused. i saw breakfast ready for other guests as i left at 7:30 am, so it felt pretty unfair.

The location was AMAZING!!! I could easily walk to key attractions. My room was very clean, and the high ceilings added space. Breakfast brought to my room each morning was a HUGE plus!!!

the staff was friendly and always ready to help. alison stood out with her warmth and really good service. beatriz was also amazing and welcomed me very warmly. the fresh breakfast delivered to the room was definitely a great way to start each day.

The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring. many downtown tourist spots are within easy walking distance. The majestic cafe is less than half a block away. the train station is only a block or two away from the hotel.

the room was very very comfy and tidy. breakfast was served directly in my room with a really nice start to the day. the hotel provided fresh cakes, biscuits, and coffee in the room.

staff members assisted with luggage to the upper floors. the nearest metro station is an easy walk from the hotel. there are also plenty of shops right on the hotel doorstep.

the location was great.
I did not get the room i booked. breakfast was changed a few times since the hotel was fully booked. i asked politely to have an earlier breakfast because of an early day trip but they refused. I found breakfast prepared for other guests as i left the room early. the hotel manager was unreachable.
